Bromptons Hair

I have to say having been to this place 3 or 4 times this year I wouldn't recommend it. The last time was the last straw. I was there for 3.5 hours for a cut and half head of highlights and they didn't manage in that time to actually cut my hair.
After 3 hours I mentioned that I was a bit annoyed that I'd had to wait such a long time and then was having to leave without the haircut and the lady business owner said 'well it's the same for us because it means we don't get out on time, and you have to realise because it's a Saturday it takes longer and you have long hair'. You may notice there was no apology in there.
She then went on to overcharge me and then refused to say goodbye when I left the salon. Overall, a very disappointing experience and one that has prompted me to leave my first ever review! I took one star off for not apologising, one star off for over charging me and one star off for not actually cutting my hair. That leaves 2 stars and a promise never to go back, which is a shame because the colour always turns out really well.
