  It was my first time at this Aveda salon, I love Aveda products and was looking forward to trying GAIA Mosman.
  Unfortunately the cut was not at all what I asked for even having showed a picture. The stylist cut off about 3-4cm more than we had discussed, I asked for the length to be touching my shoulders, she cut half way up my neck. i kept trying to explain again what I wanted but I think the language barrier was an issue.
  The welcome was rushed, no offer of a beverage and no complimentary massage that Aveda salons are known for. From the outside it looks nice but the inside is very shabby for the $$$ I paid just for a long to short cut.
